ShliachFlow FAQ

What is ShliachFlow?

ShliachFlow helps Shluchim and Jewish nonprofits with creative, digital, and tech tasks—by someone who actually understands the life of a Shliach. From websites and flyers to systems and automations, we're here to help you work smarter and save time.

What kind of projects do you handle?

Big or small—websites, flyers, email templates, donation pages, ad campaigns, CRM setups, automations, social media graphics, Google Sheets, and more. Whether you need something once or ongoing, we've got you covered.

Who is this service really for?

This is for Shluchim and nonprofit leaders who want quality work, creative input, and someone who gets it. Whether you're tech-savvy or totally lost, we'll help you set things up, clean things up, and run things more smoothly. If you're looking for someone to do tons of small, tedious tasks for super cheap, a traditional VA may be a better fit.

I don't know what I need… can you still help?

Definitely. If you're unsure what systems to use, how to organize things, or how to start—we'll guide you step-by-step. You don't need to know the lingo. Just tell us the problem, and we'll help with the solution.

How does pricing work?

My standard rate is $50/hour, or $85/hour for rush jobs (urgent or last-minute). You're only billed for the time actually spent—no guessing, no fluff.

Can I get a project estimate or cap the cost?

Yes! I can give you an estimate up front, and if you want to cap the hours, we can do that too. You stay in control of your budget.

Can I reserve you weekly or monthly?

Absolutely. I offer retainer options where you can book a set number of hours per week or month. That gives you priority access and ensures your projects always move forward.

How do I know what I'm being billed for?

For ongoing work, you'll get access to a shared Google Sheet where I track all tasks, time spent, and notes—so you can see exactly what you're getting.

Do you offer flat-rate pricing?

We can discuss it for well-defined, one-off projects. But honestly, hourly is better—especially when you want room for revisions, tweaks, and creative input without feeling boxed in. If it takes less time, you pay less. If it needs more, we'll communicate and adjust.

Do you offer revisions?

Yes—revisions are totally fine and expected. Just know they count as part of the time billed, like everything else. You're not paying "extra" for revisions—they're already included in the hourly rate.

Who owns the work once it's done?

You do. Once the project is complete and paid for, all files, designs, and systems are yours to use however you like for your Chabad House or organization.

Can I share my flyer/template with others?

Please don't forward editable files for others to reuse. If someone wants the same design, send them my info—I'm happy to customize it for them at a low rate. It keeps things respectful and professional.

How do we communicate during a project?

Email, WhatsApp, voice notes—whatever's easiest for you. I try to be responsive and available, especially around deadlines.

What's your typical turnaround time?

Small tasks can often be done same-day or next-day. Bigger projects get a realistic timeline upfront. Need something fast? Just ask—I'll let you know if I can squeeze it in as a rush job.

Can you help update or fix things I already have?

Absolutely. I can jump into your current systems—whether it's a website, CRM, email platform, or something else—and help clean things up or make updates.

Do you work with people outside of Chabad?

Yes. While Shluchim are my specialty, I also work with other Jewish organizations and nonprofits who want professional help from someone who understands their world.

What if my needs change along the way?

No worries. This work is flexible—if something shifts or you need more time/support, we'll adapt and adjust accordingly.

What platforms or systems do you work with?

I have my go-to tools that I personally use for my own Chabad House and have used with clients—like Squarespace or ChabadOne for websites, CMS for donor management, GiveLively for donation widgets, monday.com for project tracking, and ChabadOne Communicator for mass emails.

That said, I'm flexible—if you're already using a different platform, I'm happy to work with what you've got. And if you don't have anything set up yet, I can help you get started with the tools I trust.
